Summer "Keep The Kids Out The Streets Program"

The 1World Sports Basketball "Keep The Kids Out The Street  Program" was developed with the goal in mind to help keep children out of trouble in the summer months and to support high school athletic programs. 1World Sports camps and clinics allow young players to train under former NBA and top NCAA players and coaches.

1World Sports "Keep The Kids Out The Street  Program" goal is to give kids from all facets of life the opportunity to live out their childhood dream to participate in the sport they love. The possibility to further their education through athletics is what we try to offer. All of our kids may not earn a scholarship, but what they will gain is a greater sense of how important academics and athletics go together and how well diverse communities can be successful as one in a team setting to reach excellence.

If you, your school, team or organization participate in our program, we will help you and your program benefit with gear, uniforms and even travel money that comes with our affiliation with Team Nike.

A U.S Government study shows that summer sports and after school sports programs leaves less time available for a child to get into mischief. Youth who are fully involved in their sport, are less interested in drinking, drugs and or risky sexual behaviors. Female athletes are 65% less likely to become teen mothers, when they are involved in competitive sports. Student athletes are 70% more likely to keep good grades.

We will never guarantee a kid a scholarship, but we will guarantee them an opportunity to develop their individual game to the highest of their ability.. 1World Sports camps and clinics were designed to develop all players’ basketball skills - shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense. It is also designed to immerse the young players in the critical fundamentals of basketball, giving them the kind of focused and intensive training that is essential for improvement. Most importantly we strive to motivate a sense of self-appreciation and self-worth into the minds of student athletes everywhere. This in turn will hopefully keep them moving forward towards a brighter future.
